About Alexis

Alexis is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) based in San Diego with a strong foundation in accounting and a passion for simplifying the tax process. She earned both her Master of Science in Taxation and Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of San Diego in 2017, and has been working in the tax industry ever since.

Since becoming a CPA in 2018, Alexis has combined her technical expertise with real-world experience to support individuals and professionals alike. She began preparing taxes during college and now serves as a Tax Analyst at Intuit, where she’s spent over eight years helping build and improve tax preparation software used by consumers, CPAs, and tax professionals across the country.

Alexis specializes in federal and state income tax returns and is passionate about making tax more approachable. Her work is driven by a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and helping taxpayers minimize their liability while remaining fully compliant.
